Why would I care to be liked by terrible people with bad taste? Great question! As a recovering people pleaser I need this reminder often.

I am not a doctor. This is all for educational purposes. This is not medical advice. You should not stop taking any prescriptions without speaking to your doctor first.

Please let me know if you have a pacemaker or diabetic wounds on your feet.

Please let me know if you have issues with fainting or heart palpitations.

Please let me know if you have any food or herbal allergies.

By booking an appointment with me you are acknowledging that I am not a health care physician and I’m teaching from experience and research alone.

I will keep your information confidential unless you authorize any of your sessions for social media or educational content.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns before proceeding.
